1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins preparing it for dispatch.

• If all items are in stock and payment is confirmed, your order is packed and handed to our courier partners by the next business day.

• Payment methods like M-Pesa, Airtel Money, or instant bank transfer ensure faster dispatch.
  (Avoid delayed methods to ensure the quickest delivery.)

2. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

During checkout, you’ll receive an Estimated Delivery Date based on your location.

After placing your order:

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email with your order number once payment is received.

• Shipment Confirmation: Once your parcel is handed to the courier, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

• You can track your order anytime using your order number or tracking code.

We also send updates via SMS or email as your shipment moves through each stage.

3. Delivery to Your Door

We work with trusted courier services across Kenya to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Once the parcel is out for delivery, you’ll receive a notification with a more accurate delivery window.
